Welcome to designnest, a marketplace to hire freelance graphic and brand designers. By using our platform you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

designnest connects clients with freelance professionals for custom design work, including but not limited to brand identity, logos, illustrations and more.

3. Info Products

designnest may offer digital resources such as tutorials, templates and guides. Access to these resources is provided upon payment.

4. Goods

designnest may list physical items related to design such as branded merchandise. Purchases are subject to product availability and shipping terms.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel a service request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. You may also reschedule the service once at no extra charge by contacting our support team through Contact Us. For services that involve delivery of custom digital designs after commencement, refunds are not available due to the bespoke nature of the work. This ensures fair compensation for the designer's time and creative effort.

5.2 Info Products

For digital resources, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the material. To initiate a refund, please reach out via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

5.3 Goods

If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will cover shipping costs for returns of defective goods. Refunds or replacements for non faulty goods are subject to our review and a restocking fee may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

designnest is not responsible for delays, errors or omissions in user submissions. We do not guarantee availability of any particular service provider.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
